    • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Gift cards.
    • Altered or damaged items due to customer negligence.
  2. How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
  3. Return Shipping Costs

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is safely returned to us. Stylepope is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  4. Inspection and Processing

    Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. Please allow 5-7 business days for the inspection and processing of your return.

  5. Refund Options

    If your return is approved, you will have the following refund options:

    • Original Payment Method: A refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
    • Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
  6. Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
