Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Altered or damaged items due to customer negligence.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@stylepope.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is safely returned to us. Stylepope is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
